Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HarborFlow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit harborflow.net and its related public pages (the “Site”) and request early access to HarborFlow.

HarborFlow is currently a forthcoming service. At this stage, the Site is informational and exists primarily to let you join our early-access list. This Policy covers only the Site as it operates today; it does not apply to any future logged-in product or customer application, which will be governed by a separate privacy policy if and when it becomes available.

Who we are

HarborFlow is operated by Harbor Company Brands, LLC and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. You can reach us at hello@harborflow.net.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request early access, contact us, or otherwise submit information through the Site, we collect the email address you provide and any other details you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers process standard technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring pages, and the dates and times of requests. We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not currently use cookies for cross-site advertising or to build advertising profiles. If we later use non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notices or choices.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to early-access requests and inquiries, and contact you about HarborFlow early access, availability, and launch updates;
  • manage communication preferences, unsubscribes, and suppression records;
  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; and
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use your email address for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Legal bases where applicable

If you are located in a region that requires a legal basis for processing, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent to send you early-access and launch communications, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Email communications and consent

By submitting your email address, you opt in to receive early-access and launch-related communications from HarborFlow. You can opt out at any time:

  • every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; and
  • you can email hello@harborflow.net at any time to be removed.

We honor opt-out requests promptly and as required by applicable law, and we automatically suppress addresses that unsubscribe, that consistently bounce, or that report our messages as spam.

If you later become a customer, we may still send non-marketing administrative, security, or transactional messages related to your use of the service.

How we disclose information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose it only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site, deliver communications, provide hosting, maintain security, and support related business operations. These providers process information only on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and only as needed to provide their services to us.

Legal, safety, and professional advisors. We may disclose information to professional advisors or to legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, protect property, or protect safety.

Business transfers. If HarborFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.

International data transfers

We and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure that international transfers of personal information are subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, generally until you ask us to delete it, until you unsubscribe, or until it is no longer needed for early-access and launch communications. We may retain limited information where necessary to maintain unsubscribe and suppression records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the Site, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • to access the information we hold about you;
  • to request correction of inaccurate information;
  • to request deletion of your information;
  • to withdraw consent or object to certain processing; and
  • to request a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@harborflow.net. We may need to verify your request before responding, and we will respond as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

EEA/UK residents. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

California residents. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise the access and deletion rights described above by contacting us, and you will not be denied service for doing so.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@harborflow.net and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated as required by law.
